With a capacity of up to 286 guests, we provide an elegant setting and exceptional amenities to make your event truly unforgettable.​​

Bedford Event Center is the perfect place for your next birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower, gender reveal, graduation party, corporate event, bazaar, anniversary, or special occasion!

Daytime Venue Rental Package

Host a daytime event at our Terrace Rooms or Grand Ballroom.

  • Use of the Terrace Rooms or Grand Ballroom for up to 5 hours (including set-up and breakdown time)

  • Access to landscaped grounds for photographs

  • Beverage set-up with trained bar staff

  • Round tables and Chiavari chairs

  • Standard 3/4 length tablecloths in your choice of 44 colors

  • Daytime events must end by 3:00 pm

  • Additional hours available based on availability

Availability 

  • Saturday or Sunday:​

  • Holiday weekend Sunday events are subject to Saturday pricing

  • Weekday events available upon request

  • 40′ x 60′ Canopy Tent, perfect for outdoor celebrations from May through September.

  • Use of the Grand Ballroom or Terrace Rooms for up to 5 hours (including set-up and breakdown time)

  • Access to landscaped grounds for photographs

  • Beverage set-up with trained bar staff

  • Round tables and Chiavari chairs

  • Standard 3/4 length tablecloths in your choice of 44 colors

  • Colored accent lighting and suspended cake table

  • Evening events must end by 12:00 am

  • Additional hours available based on availability
